2.1 Variations
Any variation to the agreed services must be confirmed in writing.
3. Cancellations
In the event of a cancellation by the Client, the following charges will apply:

4. Venue Requirements
The Client must ensure the following:
4.1 Access
Efficient access to the venue must be available to minimise manual handling. This includes being able to park close to the building and use the shortest route possible.
4.2 Space
There must be sufficient space to accommodate the equipment requested. If the space is inadequate and equipment cannot be used, Level Eleven UK will not be held responsible, and the original charges will still apply.
4.3 Setup & Pack Down
A minimum of 60 minutes* (ideally 90 minutes*, depending on access) is required before the event to unload, assemble, and test equipment.
A minimum of 30 minutes* (ideally 60 minutes*, depending on access) is required after the event to dismantle and remove equipment.
*This time frame is based on our Elegant DJ package. Larger setups and additional extras may require more time.
4.4 Venue Suitability
If the venue is not suitable for the performance and Level Eleven UK cannot deliver the service as a result, cancellation charges (outlined above) will apply.
4.5 Sound Limiters
The DJ reserves the right to refuse to perform at venues with sound limiters installed. Please check with your venue in advance. If unsure, feel free to contact us for clarification about these devices.
5. Damage and Abuse
5.1 Threats or Abuse
If any member of Level Eleven UK is verbally or physically abused, or feels threatened by anyone present, the performance may be terminated without penalty. In such cases, all agreed fees will remain payable.
5.2 Equipment Damage
Should any equipment be damaged due to the behaviour of a guest, the Client may be held responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.
6. Performance
6.1 Schedule Changes
Any changes to the agreed performance schedule are subject to these Terms & Conditions.
6.2 Delays
If a delay prevents the performance from starting on time—and this delay is not the fault of Level Eleven UK—the Client remains liable for the full fee.
6.3 Early Finish
If the event is forced to finish earlier than scheduled for reasons outside Level Eleven UK’s control, the full fee will still be payable.
6.4 Overtime
If additional performance time is requested, an extra charge of £25.00 per 30 minutes before midnight and £50.00 per 30 minutes after midnight applies. This must be paid in cash or by immediate bank transfer before the extended time begins.
